A New Season of Giving | May 5, 2020

The YIVO Institute for Jewish Research is pleased to announce, thanks to the generosity of our Board of Directors, we will be kicking off a matching gift challenge on Tuesday, May 5.

Increases and new gifts will be matched 1:1 and all renewed gifts will be matched 1:2. The match runs from Tuesday, May 5 through Sunday, May 31.

Together, we are facing a new challenge and it is time, once again, to come together to support and comfort our community. Since physically distancing, YIVO has made the courses from the Shine Online Educational Series free, is posting regular Live Facebook updates and mini-lectures, and is hosting Live programs and classes via Zoom. We have hundreds of public programs available to watch on our YouTube channel. Our annual summer program is going digital this year so that our world-class faculty – teaching from New York, Montreal, and Israel – will be able to join students across the globe.
